FLOOD ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 9 AM TO 1 PM EDT FRIDAY.

* COASTAL FLOODING...MINOR COASTAL FLOODING ALONG VULNERABLE

PORTIONS OF THE PLYMOUTH COUNTY COAST.

* TIMING...AROUND THE HIGH TIDE NEAR 11 AM ON FRIDAY.

* IMPACTS...BRIEF FLOODING OF THE MOST VULNERABLE COASTAL ROADS

AND POSSIBLY SOME EROSION OF BARRIER BEACH DUNES.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY IS ISSUED FOR MINOR COASTAL FLOODING OF

THE MOST VULNERABLE SHORE ROADS AND/OR BASEMENTS DUE TO THE

HEIGHT OF STORM TIDE OR WAVE SPLASHOVER. THE MAJORITY OF ROADS

REMAIN PASSABLE WITH ONLY ISOLATED CLOSURES. THERE IS NO

SIGNIFICANT THREAT TO LIFE AND ANY IMPACT ON PROPERTY IS MINIMAL.

Keep an eye out for those echoes south of SNE. That should be the axis of precip developing as frontogenesis tightens up from WAA off the NC coast.

Nice cooling cloud tops in S NJ sorta bulging NNW. I love the enhanced IR in the early-mid stages of a storm.

My wife is laughing her ass off, I keep getting up every minute to look into the spotlight in the backyard, even though its still a mix, hey next november is a long ways off, must cherish these slush balls.

Agree! 36 here on the north end of town with a mix as well that goes to rain when it's light--a break on radar and then new stuff off Jersey to come...
