so you think there is some possibility this thing goes just a bit further se?

it wont take much with good dynamics for this to bury even the low elevations...and only in a few hours...

i am feelin this one!

Well there is always the possibility it goes a bit further SE I guess...this could be a weenie answer b/c we all obviously would like it to track a bit further SE but it is possible I suppose. This is a case where 30-50 miles is going to make a substantial difference for some and even though we are within 36 hours of the onset a 30-50 mile difference is not alot.

The excellent dynamics will certainly help but with this thing being so wound up and tracking so close to us there is going to be a great deal of WAA going on.

All I know is I would LOVE to be in the location that is all snow which is closest to where the rain/snow line is...this area will have some excellent lift, will be cold enough for snow, and will have excellent dynamics so there will be a period of some incredible snow rates...this might also be the location of where the WCB sets up if I'm not mistaken.

No, because that locale will still get dry slutted....I'd rather be under the pivot point.

Should be quite a few of us here pushing the seasonal totals close to or over the 100" mark after this one..

All BDL needs is 14.9''...14.9''...That's all I thought about all day at work. One of the supervisors who came in as I was leaving asked about the snow...he said I hope it goes further east so we can get more snow...I said I hope BDL airprt gets 14.9''...he said why...I said that would give them 100'' on the season.
