Logan11
I particularly love Spring snowstorms because it really drives the winter wx haters crazy. All those fools that live in a northern climate that they clearly don't like. So since I'm not home for it anyway - I'd still enjoy the media coverage if it nails NYC to BOS with a foot plus. Road trip to Eastport, ME, Will?
weathafella
I'm listening to Jessica by the Allman Brothers while looking at the models so pumped! I have the Pandora mix going...Lou Reed laying out "Perfect Day"......how timely!
HIPPYVALLEY
I gotta admit....listening to "The Weight" by The Band through my headphones....grinnin' ear to ear.....an old man thinking he's young.... Clinch Leatherwood
Lol alex. Maybe Will but i would think rain is involved here ultimately. Jerry we shall see. Like you said no sense staying up for more than the goofus. I think it's a conspiracy to increase worker productivity by making models erratic. We all get more sleep. Logan11
An hour and change .... but I lived 10 mins from Woodstock until I moved up to Delanson six years ago. nzucker
Good choice on getting the extra 100 weenie feet of elevation. I need to move to a tall apartment building on this mini-ridge, squat house isn't cutting it. Always hear about when it's snowing on the Empire State Building. One of my biggest weenie ideas for humanity was building elevated parks on towers to observe the heavy snow higher up in these wet, coastal areas and have a miniature snowcap always above you. All you need is a dollar and a dream.

I skied more vertical in the last ten days than probably any other period of my life, old is a perception racking my body with pain and soreness right now but ah what great pain. This week ending with a bomb gives me great pleasure. Old geezers Epic ending delayed but not denied.

If it were still standard time, there's be more in the thread. Also its still far enough out that people don't want to get hopes too high. If guidance is still showing a snow bomb tomorrow, then I bet tomorrow night will have a lot more viewers.

HIPPYVALLEY
Certainly not a scientifically strong rule but I'm in the camp of "the big storms hug the coast". Boston gets a nice April storm but major interior hit incoming.

A-L-E-X
Congrats BOS That map is good for Long Island too-- and even a slight trend to the west would be even better
nzucker
I don't think it will come close. You probably only need like 6" in PHL or NYC with bigger amounts further north to eclipse it, however. 4/1/97 had a relatively small zone of impact since it bombed out so late. It was also a warmer set-up...
