Safe forecast now is similar to what happened this past week - mainly snow rain mix NYC Metro....1- 2 degrees determines....

850's are looking good - can it turn the corner ? HP's are in good position - 50/50 low in place - should at least start as snow -- track is going to determine precip type.....
