CT Rain
Euro brutally cold thru day 10..nice to see Excluding the surge of warmth ahead of the Lakes cutter Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday
Mr Torchey
1-2 feet looks likely Seems a bit conservative to me.
CoastalWx
Euro ensembles pass the 1st low se of the BM, but probably would be a little precip into sne. I'm not big on this wave. Second storm looks big and goes over se mass. However, it's very cold with the 540 line over the BM. Doesn't really support a se mass track, so must be some weenie members in there. CT Rain
The weather actually looks pretty good before the megabomb that will dump 1-2 feet on Kevin. Temperatures moderate to near 50 by Tuesday for most of SNE with a lot of sunshine.

With that strong late march sun......mon-wed should be stellar, today was cold only around 40 here, but with sunny skies it felt much warmer. National Guard back to Tolland next weekend, Very possible with that paste job.

nzucker
I don't see one day in the next 10 of normal or above normal...do you? Maybe that cutter at Day 9 before a return to cold. But agreed, it looks like a cold pattern for late March/early April, similar to many of the 1970s La Niñas.

CoastalWx
If this ends up rain and upper 30's, I'm going to vomit. A GOM bomb could easily go right into SNE or close to NYC so better prepare for that possibility. That makes me nervous.

The odds of a big snowstorm are pretty low. An inside runner is definitely an option.
Ginx snewx
Mek, Nice trip up 26 , beeped on my way by. Big differences in spots for snow cover, RT 219 in Sumner where my buddy lives in the hills had some nice depth. Great storm Monday with great squalls Thursday. Mountains look fantastic. Looks like big big winter continues up there.

Typhoon Tip
This is going to a replica of April 97..Just unreal No, not really close to an analog actually ... April '97 did not see much negative anomaly at 500mb extend beneath 35N. As modeled this is more of a full latitude trough - two stream phase of sorts - with limited slow down cut-off. '97 was a bowling ball event that came in from the west and got a huge positive feed-back from cyclogenesis.
