mattinpa
I doubt PTW made it past 98...we'll see when the 6 hr. highs are posted on their obs. I topped out at 98.5. It felt very hot, but the humidity could have been worse. I was actually out shopping today.

Parsley
It felt very hot, but the humidity could have been worse. I was actually out shopping today. It was nasty today, compared to yesterday......I walked a few miles on the Perk. Trail trail this morning and was sweating like crazy.
SmokeEater
It felt very hot, but the humidity could have been worse. I was actually out shopping today. It was in the high 90's with a DP above 70 for most of the day, how much worse do you want it?

adk
Oh, it was uncomfortable for sure. But to me the high heat of last year felt even worse. Couldn't agree more. Yesterday was hot for sure but it wasn't as oppressive as last year's heat. Of course we still have time. Surprised how humid and warm it still is. Quakertown needs snow
Didn't get rocked here. Storms flared up right after they past my house, along the ridge drop. Did pick-up about 12 pieces of pea size hail and enough rain to wet the ground. More rain to come....

Parsley
Did Philly ever make it to 90 today? Not sure at this point, looks like they've been flirting with 90 the past 2 hours....maybe it hit it between hourly obs. we'll find out in a few hours. I've jumped from 89 to 90.7 as skies have cleared some in the past 30 min.

eastonwx
would any mt. holly met (or any nws met) be able to tell me if I would be eligible to sign up for iNWS? I know it says only emergency managers, etc. are eligible, but my only affiliation would be being a member of skywarn. I'm just trying to get reliable text alerts sent to my iphone. Thanks. Grothar
I do not know how many of you feel but I am plain sick and tired of these t-storms dying between Altoona and Pottsville. This has been going on like this it seems this entire Spring. I would love to see training thunderstorms but every storm event seems like a pulse t- storm event. If I was Mt. Holly met, I would be a little upset that you predict a t -storm event almost everyday and we get zilcho. Milwaukee Wi gets t-storms at 60 degrees and we cannot even get a pulse t-storm at 90 degrees. Like many of you would say---where the hell is the nightime t-storms? The Ohio Valley is sure getting their share. I guess it will take a tropical event to break this pattern.
