Philly apparently experienced good CAA being on the SW quadrant of the developing storm. But elevation was huge, as it often is in Spring. As I mentioned in the example, the elevational snowfall gradient in NENJ and the Hudson Valley was extreme. We just need the right storm track-- like we do at any other time.
