I've got most of it down...

Special Metar from Kalamazoo from January 18, 1996, at 2156Z .

Winds south at 20, gusting to 35

Visibility 3 statute miles

Light Rain/Fog/Overcast

Ceiling Broken at 2700 feet

Ceiling Overcast at 7000 feet

Altimeter 29.18inHg

Pressure Falling Rapidly (Decreasing then Increasing)

Stuck on a couple of the remarks...

Beware the METARs on Wunderground before July 1, 1996... they are translated from the old SAO code and not all the translations are perfect... or even close in a few cases.
