It is what it is... this next one has the potential for southern SNE...particularly CT and RI.

surprised you only got a half inch there are you in the city or outside of it?

Better than tracking an inch snowfall that melts in a day, but is just enough to keep the ground from ever drying out so that you can't open up any fields.

In the spring, it has to be all or nothing. Last spring was nothing and it was perfect IMO
