Ellinwood
I never carry an umbrella Me either. Carrying an umbrella is a logistical nightmare and always ends up soaking everything around me when I try to pack it up. Get a backpack Though admittedly unless I'm going to/from work I just keep one in my car, which keeps me covered most of the time. Saw some nice cumulus congestus on my way to the gym... nice to see signs of spring/summer.

The Dude
Some very small hail here. Thought it might be sleet, but too much variation in pellet size.
Ian
Some very small hail here. Thought it might be sleet, but too much variation in pellet size. i would think most of it east of the apps is hail technically.. it's convective based. the hail i had here seeemed "soft" though. looks like im about to get hit again. CranberryWX
Rather windy and cold today with gusts up to 20 mph. We're getting isolated, popcorn type showers similar to snow squalls that develop with the NW flow off the Lakes in winter. From the side view they appear to have a mini convective build up like a thunderstorm, just not as tall. There is clearing between showers. Joe Vanni
Just had pea to dime sized hail in South Bowie pour down for a few minutes. It started for a little bit, stopped, then picked back up again. Now just breezy with moderate rain. The wind was blowing the hail down the street. Very cool to see. And the temp got down to 40.

marked8
I went from 55 to the low 40's in a matter of minutes. The wind started to gust and blew the doors to my shed wide open. I was just finishing installing the 3rd chrome wheel on my Lincoln when it started. Hopefully it blows by quickly so I can finish. The radar reminds me of a spring day in southwest Michigan with spotty showers coming off the lake.
