I think the flooding threat is minimal for most of SNE in this next system except out in western CT and W MA. Most people from the CT River eastward will probably have less than an inch of rain. Yeah some light freezing rain or freezing drizzle might be an issue in some of those hills in that area if precip can get in there soon enough.
