Basically, it shows a very healthy high precip supercell that is strongly rotating and may have a tornado on the ground somewhere. As this storm continues to push eastward, it will get into a more favorable environment for Tornadic devlopment, see downstream Shear values 0-6KM increase a bit further east also a bit later start seeing a bit more turning in the winds as we go up from 0-6KM.
