Nice, you are very close probably to snow. That's what I saw this morning in the northern Champlain Valley... icing at 30F, then some sleet, and finally snow. Snow took about an hour to get in after dipping below freezing at the surface.

I bet you are snowing by 3:30pm.

You were right.... flakes mixed in with the sleet at about 3:30. Moderate snow now, with maybe a bit of sleet mixed in. 28.5F.

Looks like another snow day tomorrow

Uh oh, ice jam up in Bath

The National Weather Service in Gray Maine has issued a

* Flood Advisory for an ice jam...

northern Grafton County in northern New Hampshire...

* until 1145 PM EST

* at 341 PM EST an ice jam was reported in the town of Bath by a New

Hampshire emergency management official. The ice jam was located on

the ammonoosuc river near Route 302 in Bath. Water was rising out of

its banks but was not impacting any roads at this time.

Rain and melting snow have created significant runoff into rivers

and streams which is enhancing the flood potential. As is always the

case with ice jams... the timing and extent of flooding is difficult

to predict.

The rain will change to snow as temperatures fall below freezing

this evening. This will bring an end to the runoff into streams and

rivers and allow the ice jams to begin to freeze up again. This may

impact water levels both above and below the ice jam.

People with interests along the ammonoosuc river in the Bath area

should monitor water levels closely. Be prepared to seek higher

ground if flooding begins.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Do not drive your vehicle into areas where the water covers the

roadway. The water depth may be too great to allow your car to cross

safely. Move to higher ground.

Please report high water to the National Weather Service by calling

toll free... 1-877-633-6772... when you can do so safely.

Very icy snow....29 and dropping...it'd be bad after dark bro. 32* line is at like exit 14 on 91

I'm gonna play it safe, I'd rather ski another day than get hurt or killed. Have fun up there, so jealous!

9 degrees in about a half hour. Not bad at all. Into the 30's now

Yeah not bad drop at all, temps should slow down thier drop over the next hour or two but the temp trend is only going one way it seems...
