dryslot
CAR peeps getting the beatdown. I love how a 16" snow zone isn't even halfway on their scale. Looks like tootville got a little qpf triming after the 12z runs...
MaineJayhawk
Looks like tootville got a little qpf triming after the 12z runs... Yup, but locations to the south got a boost.

simpsonsbuff
If only 5 inches falls here in KLEB, I'll eat my hat. I think Burlington is far closer to the mark with its 9-10 right across the border.
dryslot
GYX just updated ... 18z Nam says i better put gas in the generator for tomorow, This may have some more surprises, It really bumped "Up" the qpf for up here....

dryslot
Yup. I just posted WGME's map. Closer to what we think will happen. Yeah, We knew that was going to happen, I am real curious now to see the GFS as the Nam really ramped up the qpf, Would like to see the gfs do it, Although the Euro was like 1.25-1.50", I think we get torn a new one up here with this storm.. Allenson
Good luck, Maine dudes. BTV has pared things back here a bit but still painted in for 8-9" per snowfall map. I'm calling 6" though.....
simpsonsbuff
I'll take 10-12 here... That follows the seasonal trend quite well.

J.Spin
The NWS in Burlington has updated their Storm Total Snow Forecast map as others have mentioned, so I’ve added the mid morning version first, and then the newest map right below that for comparison. Projected snow totals dropped off a few inches in general all around the forecast area and a more obvious gradient of snowfall amounts from west to east is now apparent:

MaineJayhawk
Liar, Yes you are.... I'm not. If it was local that'd be one thing but into Portland during a storm is . Probably take an hour 15 or so. But anyway, sorry the guys in VT may be left out, though there's undoubtedly another mountain-exclusive beatdown to come.
