snowstormcanuck
EURO looks like some of the critical thresholds are well SE of me through 0z Thu, which is substantially colder than it was compared to the 12z run. 6z UKIE takes the low through IN now. goknights
After the euro and the 6z runs I have lowered my prediction here to 2 to 4 inches.

Moneyman
GFS takes the low to Chicago or a tad N of there. NAM takes the low just south of Chicago.

TugHillMatt
It's kind of frustrating that no matter what path the Low takes, the southern half of MIchigan (starting where I live of course) just can not get any of the snow.
turtlehurricane
It's 37° F and only 10 am. Probably will start as rain.
goknights
Wisconsinwx do you only base a successfil storm off of how you do compared to someone else's location? This is a rather weak storm no matter where you are for the most part.

Moneyman
Wisconsinwx do you only base a successfil storm off of how you do compared to someone else's location? This is a rather weak storm no matter where you are for the most part. Not every storm is going to be 10+ inches. Hate to tell you that. This still has the potential to EASILY put down 4-7 inches. GFS/NAM all give people .5 QPF+ and it's all snow.
