moneypitmike
The roads around here are like driving through Baghdad. There are massive holes, cracks, you name it. That sounds like my driveyway.

Typhoon Tip
Front through EEN and now getting into extreme NW ORH cty....Athol under 40F now. Wind just slipped to N here in Ayer, while my Met buddy up near 900 ft el is still SSE... This seems to be doing this everywhere, where the cold is acting more like a drain scenario - lower els flip first.
moneypitmike
Just dropped .8* in a minute. Let the slide begin????
weatherMA
rain struggling to move east, but occasional heavy rain here at 48.5F. There is a little more snow then I thought when I was driving around..probably about 12" on average with 60-70% coverage. Going fast now though. Heavy snow murdering fog out there now
CoastalWx
11.4 degree temp drop in blairstown nj as the front came thru, not bad, love that caa is coming in from the west as well as north. The temp gradient is starting to take on more of a longitudinal gradient. As the low moves nne along the front, the cold will be accelerated to the south, but probably slow its eastward movement. It will still creep east, but it's going to slow and stall around central mass and ct.

HoarfrostHubb
Scary ride?? Lol So far my basement has stayed pretty dry. This could still wind up a disaster as the winds crank up Any chance it slips 25 miles SE for you to get some snow?

Typhoon Tip
Yea, am aware that the PD meso net product is unofficial temperatures, but enough show that the valleys are indeed flipping to N and sliding back before the ridge lines. Interesting.

moneypitmike
Interesting thing to note: Temps on hills lagging in the drop. Windsor is still at 44. The site in Marlboro, VT is at 44. 44 at the Pit. Yet down into the 30's in surrounding areas. Conway's down to 38, G'field to 42. Hoping to have it drop here soon. Up to .58". what's your temp seems areas all around you have been falling for a while....are u still 43-44F Chris--note my earlier post here. Talks about that. Meanwhile, down to 41.5/40.
