NWS Map Showing Regions

I used to have two maps from the NWS which showed various regions. Such as upper great lakes, plains, Ohio valley. I cannot find them now. Anyone know where those maps can be found?

I like it but the one I saw was two maps since there was a lot of overlap of regions and much smaller defined areas.

Of course I look for days and cannot find it and then right after I ask, I find it...

Funny how they divide the Lakes region. Whenever I say lower lakes, I mean southern Lakes.

They're really loose terms. From some AFDs/HPC discos I've read, the forecaster will use southern lakes/eastern lakes/lower lakes to mean the exact same region. Other forecasters have discrete usages for each of those terms.

Personally, I'll use Lower Lakes/Eastern Lakes interchangeably. "Southern Lakes" is a broader geographical area. For example, Chicago is in the southern Lakes, but not in the eastern/lower Lakes.
