40/70 Benchmark
I think we can now seperate the "haves from have nots".....MA folks should take a look at their stations....if you are now ticking down, you're locked and loaded on the poleward side of the boudary as the gradient tightens. I peaked @ 33.2 and am now down to 32.7.....slightly elevated wx bug peaked @ 36* and is now down to 34.5*

Typhoon Tip
Still east winds and the temp is actually inching down..... We're actually picking up some feeble NW trajectories in the interior as ageostrophic tries to kick in - may be a wave on the warm front developing. Clinch Leatherwood
Logan is 39 and south winds now. I don't see this going much further at all. Maybe Kev touches 40, but I don't see this creeping nw much from here on out. 47 here in Franklin. Was 50-52 from the canal to rte 95...dropped from 50 to 47 on the way. mattb65
Thought i'd get into the full on torch but only made it to 43 and winds have now shifted nw and temps are starting to creep down a bit. CoastalWx
LOL, talk about a wavy front. I just briefed my relief about KBOS and how that front may crash south in the next hour or so, and at 19z they come back to 39F with NW winds. Pretty cool. 40/70 Benchmark
LOL, talk about a wavy carpet. I just dropped my briefs and it was a relief to see that not all dudes mind the look o' natural, and at 19z they come back to me for more with gel. Pretty cool. Bizarre. wxmanmitch
38.3 now and foggy, so the base of the inversion must be close. Had about 1/10 to 1/8 of an inch of ice accretion before melting. The upcoming freeze should really solidify the snowpack around here. Have about 25-26 inches at the deck, but ambient depth is probably more like 20-22 inches, although this is very dependent on where you measure it. A little OT for this thread, but the Euro is showing something to watch around D8 as a second wave tries to develop on the front and move northward. GFS hints at this too, but it is more OTS than the Euro
