Please do NOT lecture me about what you think Emergency Management is. A good emergency manager will review and study events on an international scale to see if something can be learned from them. A poor one will do what you recommend and wait for it to occur where they are and then respond as if it were a new event with no precedent. Like I said, worry about what you are doing please. AT 1220 PM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUED TO INDICATE A POTENTIALLY DESTRUCTIVE TORNADO. THIS TORNADO WAS LOCATED JUST EAST OF LYNCHBURG...MOVING EAST AT 55 MPH.
