bluewave
Each month so far since November has seen a monthly snowfall record for a US city. The November record went to Spokane,WA http://www.digitaljo.../article/300933 The December record went to Minneapolis-St.Paul http://kstp.com/weat...867.shtml?cat=3 The January record went to NYC http://news.blogs.cn...ry-ever-in-nyc/ The February record just went to Chicago http://www.crh.noaa....=64312&source=0 The big question: Will a US city see a snowiest March on record? If yes, then which city do you think it will be?
Powerball
Based on la nina climo and the active pattern setting up, it would likely be Chicago or Detroit again. This of course is assuming a US city sees a snowiest March on record (it may not happen at all).

tacoman25
Would take 36" to beat Denver's March record, and 57" to beat Boulder's.
