SLAM22
It scared the crap out of me haha. I totally forgot we had severe weather threat with this storm. haha same exact words I used while chatting with a friend on facebook. I thought it was the garage door, and then my room lit up like daytime and CRACK, and then I knew it was a thunderstorm.

bluehens
Is anybody able to look up what the radar looked like at 2 am last night. I nearly got shook out of my bed by a seriously close lightening strike and the loudest thunder. Then had about 10 more nice close flashes....no rain really though. tombo82685
Looking at the 12z hrrr, its forecasting that line out in central pa to weaken as it works east...the main show or best t storm chances look to be south of the area.
Thunder Road
Whoever started this thread want to change the name to an obs thread? I don't think we really need to start a separate thread though. 0.25" from this morning's rain IMBY. Sun is now out at school.
Thunder Road
The HRRR keeps all the storm activity south of the m/d line this afternoon. That's not too unrealistic, but given how bad it goofed with the snow event last week I'm not putting all my eggs in that basket again... 12z run for 23z today:

JTA66
This thread sure got quiet. Temp 53.1 Some showers off to the NW but the heaviest rain looks to pass to my south. That's okay with me, between snow melt and recent rains, I don't think the yard will dry out much before July.

phlwx
I think PA is about out of it. SPC now has the slight risk south/east of 95.
