Ellinwood
funny how they don't answer that...hmmm I wonder why.... Bob's not on the forums that often... I'll let him answer it the way he wants, but I will say that when I was hired for the same job last year I was fine with the starting salary. stormguy80
Everyone has different definitions about what an acceptable salary is though. Some are on their own, others have a family to support. some have car payments or tuitions to pay off, others don't. Bob's not on the forums that often... People can expect to have a fair entry-level salary (for the area), but it will probably vary depending on how much experience one has. I'll let Bob go more into specifics if he desires. I've got rent and a car and student loans to pay off, if that information helps at all.

VAwxman
Obviously I'm not affiliated with MDA, but I do know this is not just a run-of-the-mill private sector job. While whatever the starting pay is may not "wow" you, I know from people there that the potential to make a pretty decent salary is there. Plus, it can get you a lot of experience in the energy / ag sectors, where we know there is good money to be made if you know your stuff and can work well with others. csnavywx
Nice hours Thems the breaks in entry-level work. Frankly, this is tons better than the typical shift work schedule (switching from days to nights every 2 weeks). I did that for six years. That crap can die in a fire. With the hours posted on this job though, you'd actually have a steady sleep schedule.
