Ian
dews dropped at dca too.. that front running line is sapping the airmass a bit. the cells do look "pretty" -- the one nearing balt and east of dc in particular -- but not much sign they're doing a lot. shear probably a little too strong for the instability levels. these things do like to go svr as they interact with the bay tho sometimes. Avdave
Baltimore about to take it on the chin? That looks like a healthy incoming cell... Baltimore, yes, but the OP originally said the radar to the west was exploding, when in fact it wasnt.
Ian
looks like there might be some rotation at higher scans on the one nearing the bay east of dc

Ellinwood
Clouds right over my head look a bit sketchy as new convection forms... not expecting anything aside from a few good gusts though as it won't really develop until it gets downwind a ways. Some decent gusts here right now.

vastateofmind
Prefrontal trough departing, shot from MFY and MBY. Temp back up to 66, big wind gust (20-25 mph) just came out of nowhere, and I think I see the clouds associated with front proper lurching into view on the N/W horizon... BethesdaWX
LOL if a shower gets you going then I dont know what to say. You and Weatherwiz should be roommates the fact that high winds are present only 2000ft above the surface over a HWW give me an extra jump, its nothing to drive home about. meanwhile, quite windy now with moderate blowing rain.
