:loon:

Yuck...I was hoping you had flakes mixed in. I'm done here soon then.

Absolutely ripping SN here...flakes are good. Gotta be an inch new. Congrats Gardner and Huncback Dave...they will be ripping snow for hours after I change to rain (or marginal ZR) within the next two hours.

If i can hold on until 9-10am, then I'll be happy, but I doubt that happens. I'm probably done soon.

Yeah pretty much went exactly as I figured it would here. Slushy mess then rain.

You still think we can flip to snow later on?

Yeah I think we'll see a flip back to snow at the end. Not sure how much you get, maybe an inch? Best will prob be north of you, but you should get in on it for sure.

I think the snow vs the "non-snow" line is very visible...its just S of ORH on radar...the "soft" echoes are just north of that line and that's where all the snow obs are from what I can gather...that says I'm done fairly soon. The "non-snow" is lurking just south of the city right now, but at least its been fairly stationary.

I'm ripping SN right now...borderline +SN right now. We'll see how long it lasts. I'm fully expectin gto change in the next 30 minutes, but its absolutely going to town right now. This is 1-2" per hour stuff it seems at this second. It ramped up about 5 minutes ago. I'm hoping that is just the echo getting into me and not the changeover line. But I think I'm probably screwed soon. Go dynamics to push it south a bit.

Report of snow/rain mix in shrewsbury... Glad im not there

BTW, how are you "NE of ORH" in Shrewsbury? You must live in the northern most boundary of Shrewbury to ever be ENE of ORH. I don;t think any part is "NE" of ORH.

At any rate, congrats on the snow up there. You'll be glad when we are done soon. Sounds like your BY is done. But its still SN here...but we are done soon I'm sure.

Straight cold rain here, as expected but I think there's going to be a real warm push I think imby when the CF passes by... might get to 45 before the CAA tanks temps. Hoping to pick up a quick 1" in the flip over if we can cool the BL fast enough.

Sunday's event keeps looking better and better maybe a 3-6" for the region with a lollie to 8" on Mt. Tolland.

SN 31/30 2" down. Everything plastered. We'll see how long this lasts.

It's piling up nicely. Not really sure what's going to transpire. Current conditions say "be optimistic". WSW says be optimistic. Local forecasts  . I'm not sure how the r/s line will be progressing through the day. But we're over 2" at this point.

Temp rock steady at 29.3/27.
