Still, I am NOT right on the border, given that I am within Baltimore city limits and not even a little part of the notorious Hereford zone up I-83. Point is, you did NOT have to be right on the PA/MD border to cash in on this one. I do get the frustation for those of you who were down toward DC, or even around BWI. This was a cruel storm for our area in terms of the cut-off as you dropped south through our region. Dude, you are fine,, no need to explain yourself. And it is even more frustrating since I live in northern MD but go to college near DC, so my home town got about 5" while there was mostly sleet where I was, with an inch of sleet/snow. That's funny.
