New band coming in from the nw... it looks like these waves/bands will be coming in for the next few hours or so... maybe another inch or two as the ratios will be good.

Eh, probably more like just an hour or two left..Maybe another inch...Im In Essex probably have around 4 inches...Went to bed at 1200AM. set my alarm for 3 thinking those heavy returns in WV would be here but it deff died out...But oh well, a healthy snow up here nontheless

Little over 3" here once I get through the sleet at the bottom...I'm going to go with 3.3" which still leaves me just under 20" on the year!:axe:

Looks like the heaviest bands shifted north from the model progs...probably by about 20-40 miles. Changeover time was pretty much right on the money.

The heaviest bands always end up north of where the models have them.

Howard County should be embarrassed...roads completely untouched.

Cruising down the completely clear Rt 32 in AA county...cross the county line and people are having to slam on their brakes due to snow and ice on the roads. I-95 was also in horrible shape.

State Highway Administration responsibility.

Don't get me wrong...HoCo has PLENTY of things to be embarrassed about. But I-95 not one of them.

The biggest dud yet for the northern valley. At most, 1/4" in Stephens City, and most of that was sleet. Only had sporadic precip last night, and didn't get a changeover to snow until 12:30 AM. Snowed lightly for about 30 minutes and stopped. I finally went to bed, and apparently it snowed no more. We had a WSW for 4 - 7 inches. The way this winter has gone, that's about right. I think I've officially given up. I've never once rooted for the onset of spring, until now, Congrats to those of you who actually got snow.
