ksstormhunter
Just ran a 19Z SmartModel output and update graphical maps for the snow, general 1-3" additional across the NY state, with Albany getting the high point of possible 3.4" of accumulation in the within next 24 hours. Couchsachraga
.5+ here in Queensbury when I started plowing about an hour ago. ayuud
How can you tell? Thanks. we usually get some enhancement from NE winds and there were also some 30-35dbz coming from lake Ontario that was moving southward..
ayuud
Congrats to all who have scored a successful storm!! (That would be to my N,S,E, and W).... 4.0" here with light/mod snow ATT....with maybe another inch or two to come.... Synoptic systems at SYR over the last few years have been pathetic..... For those of us that live here I pose this question: What are you more likely to see....a 10+" synoptic system for SYR or a one legged cat successfully burying turds on a frozen pond?? Tough call....isn't it???? one legged cat!

roady
I think you're fine as the rain in Delhi has changed back to snow. 11" at the house as of 1pm. Didn't start snowing until 5 am. After a dry slot and some sleet we've had a nice burst which I'm sure added a few more inches. Powder in the hills and slighty packy in the valley. BuffaloWeather
Total Snowfall for the year here is over 115 inches. Not to bad with the low amount of synoptic systems we have had. Nickel and dime stuff over and over again.

West Point, NY
Unexpected but this was a rather dry snowfall here. I can barely make a snowball without it falling apart in my hand. Temp was around 31 most of the day.
NorEaster27
Snow was dry up in the southern dacks not the best snow for the sleds as the base is still a tad hard and icy

I'm gonna go out and enjoy it (snow shoe) before Monday's insult wrecks the surface and leaves us all ice covered again.
