WAS LOCATED NEAR LEBANON...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 75 MPH. THIS STORM

HAS A HISTORY OF PRODUCING DAMAGE.

AT 60 MPH.

Tony, I think we'll find there was at least an EF-1 touchdown in Nashville metro this evening...

That was SO quick that it was incredible, and IMO, the local news gave the TOR warnings way too late. Seems like they couldn't articulate what they were seeing due to the proximity to the RADAR station and the fast moving storms.

All that combined with huge amounts of precip, it's just unfortunate there weren't TOR warnings issued earlier.

Night storms in the south - bad news.

Especially in late Winter/early Spring when the storms have engaged their hyperdrives.
