Taking a little while to get going here. The very light flurries have stopped and nothing is falling currently. Temp is tanking though 40oF now

I'm just happy to see you guys reporting flakes and not rain. 38 over 21 here.

Some yellows showing up on ffc's radar. If it changes quickly to snow, altanta might get another surprise gift from the snow gods.

too bad 'wishing' doesnt have any effect lol. otherwise that blob nearing atl would hold together all the way through the carolinas. radar seems to be looking a bit better than i thought it would at this point

Belmont, NC (W/SW of CLT) Temp at 39. DP at 20.5 with a WB of 32.3. RH at 47%. Cloud deck is low and thick. Had about 15 minutes of light flurries about an hour ago. Hoping to at least get an 1" of snow. The radar trend looks to have taken a turn for the worse for my area. Hope we can get in on some frontogenesis later on? :lightning:
