Bob Chill
It was quite nice not having to bundle up to walk the dog NO KIDDING! I walk the dog with the kids to the bustop every morning. It was so nice today that I took the long way home and totally enjoyed it.

Bob Chill
Strong W to SW winds will always juice our temps from downsloping / compression. Not nearly as noticeable in Dec/Jan but as winter wanes it makes a big difference. Whenever it's sunny with W winds 20+ it's pretty safe to add 5+ degrees to the forecast. BethesdaWX
I'm not sure how long I will have power. Wind gust to 51mph via the rooftop Vantage Pro2, with a few other gusts in the 45mph range in the past hour. When the sun breaks out, thats when the gusts tend ti show up. BethesdaWX
Kinda odd, the largest Gusts seem to be WSW, while the main wind direction is NW. Sustained winds are very light actually, but the Gusts are strong enough to make alot of noises and Pulse the picture window a bit.
