Baroclinic Zone
Is this blob of precip heading into SE MA snow? Surface temps are 33-34F right now. I'm guessing 700-850's are ok but what about below that?

La Nina climo taking over, it was a rough night, stayed up until 130 looking for dendrites none to be found, woke up to drip drip drip, but hey, we have been spoiled. It would have been nice to have a few flakes this morning. Always nice to have a freshy before the arctic unloads on your yard, holding out hope for a squall later this afternoon, but doubt it. I am jealous of you guys, pasting snows are my favorite, enjoy. Back to our regularly scheduled coastal ct winters!

Yeah, I know it's tough to have rain, I was not a happy camper Saturday night but a t least I got an ice storm out of it. You folks in CT have definitley gotten the goods this year. Hopefully you'll have some more fun in the coming weeks. I've been waiting all winter for a plastering snow. My favorite too. This last round coming in actually seems a little drier and fluffy. Looking at the radar maybe I break 4". Climo FTW.
