Obviously meteorological winter is December 1 through February 28, and with that quite a few of the NWS sites in the Central Region have top 10 snowiest DJF periods. Below are the cities that have had a top 10 snowiest met winter with this edition. The 2010-11 winter is now #1 at both Columbia MO and Peoria IL.
