Ginx snewx
And Will explained how the Euro is running warm since Feb flipped the calendar. Mod refresher, nice. Cold locks it in, then as Logan so succinctly pointed out west trend for Thursday has begun. I am liking the roll over high for our thaw days too. I would assume you would but Ive seen you post pics of the full 12" at the end of en event that lasted >6 hours. I try to measure every 6 hours, but I often get too distracted and sometimes don't clear for several hours beyond it. I probably slightly under measure. But its not "incorrect" to miss 6 hourly measurements. The "correct" way for measuring snow is to measure "at most" once every 6 hours and "at least" once every 24 hours. So both versions are acceptable.

Cool, this board always made me feel I was doing it wrong not clearing every 6 hours. What I usually do is clear after 12 hours or so (if the storm last that long). I also clear when we have 2 part storms like the 1/28 event with the 1" before the main event, and this past tues/wed. IMO 6 hour measurements can exagerate snow totals, but I know its been talked about before and it is what it is.

Mica Vim Toot
What is the temp in mason nh....any idea... The residents in Mason, NH are justifiably proud of Mason, NH.
