weatherMA
I had 1-3" with 2-4" further north, but I may have to go a trace to an inch after tonight's runs. Its been pretty fascinating to watch from a meteorological standpoint just how catastrophic the models have been at handling this system. The snow bust down in Texas in the Dallas area was ridiculous....wasn't even suppose to be anything. I was reading the Texas thread...there's like 3 total snow weenies down there...lol. Pretty cool though, my friend just north of Dallas got 3 snow days from ice and 6" of snow. Amazing!! ...now we get rain

moneypitmike
Looks like we had the rug pulled out from under us. May as well cancel the WSW. I didn't think the one down here was needed. At least it's not too much rain. Half an inch or less from Mass southward. Hopefully we'll get something snowier later in the run.

Arnold214
OT but Terminator 2 is on. Wonder if Arnold213 is watching the NAM come through on AWIPS saying "Hasta La Vista baby". This is my last night ever in Attleboro. If I were to reflect on the weather during my time here (12/06 til now) i would say that there were more negatives in the wx dept than positives. However there were several memorable events that i learned from. My time here could probably be known as the SWFE era, lol. In any event, it's nice to leave on a high note...with perhaps the most snow on the ground i have seen here.
MaineJayhawk
Looks like we had the rug pulled out from under us. May as well cancel the WSW. 00z NAM is not a total washout. There's some nice snows once the heights crash. Let's see how the rest of this goes. I could see the WSW be transitioned to a WWA overnight, though. dendrite
At least the 21z RSM looks good here. The Lakes Region may be a RASN to RA to SN scenario. Maybe the higher terrain would have some icing when the mid levels go to hell, but I'm starting to think there will be very little ice here. weatherMA
All the Mets should just throw out snow maps with negatives on it, "the snow loss map." 4-8 for ct and the coast, 2-4 for ma and north. Congrats everyone!!

Organizing Low
what a debacle i didnt like the southerly breezes that have been rattling my windows since the last storm passed.....i found that.....odd. im not invested in this storm, i have no interest, sure ill take the snow but i think it would have been of more interest to you guys....ill probably get scraped anyways, and i dont feel like getting invested for a scraping. anyways, what ive noted in the models previously in the week, the more amped this storm was the more likely a quicker miller B transfer furhter south for the second storm......i guess we will see what happens. i really was more interested in threats no 2 and 3.
