Yup thats where I was. It is really nice up there. Car thermometer read 36 or so in the late afternoon. Terrible!!

I normally take 91 to 9 in Brattleboro but this is quicker I think.

It's a lot quicker. The Pit's just a couple miles west of that rd (Colrain Shelburne RD)

Definitely quicker.

I was at Stratton yesterday, and the glades were is fantastic shape. What a difference a month makes. Today should be great. I'm considering going back to S VT on Sunday, but am concerned their might be icing overnight.

Yeah the glades were phenomenal at Mt Snow.... particularly off Olympic on the North Face.

Snow conditions were very good... powder good have been fluffier but otherwise things were great.

I love those trees. The Trials, I think.

Any chance Mt. Snow/Stratton avoids extended icing overnight?

Some. Maybe 1-2", then ZR, and then up to 1" on top. If we keep a strong ageo NE flow I may get quite a bit of icing. I can't believe how quickly this all went to hell. Thu night I started fearing I was going to get fringed on the NW.

Brian, your the expert not me and I see how pesstimistic you are. Don't know how much of the 25 miles difference between us is going to help me but unless I am reading something wrong it looks to me like the entire column barely stays at freezing or below at PLY. This is what I use. http://www.wxcaster.com/models_text.htm My weenizm thinks you will do somewhat better than your prediction. Still going to go with 6-10" for Plymouth and me.
