snowstormcanuck
Expecting anymore snow for us tonight? It's still snowing last I checked. Should keep going through the overnight but the intermittent nature will keep accums in check.
dilly84
Doesn't it suck that the gfs has a perfect track but is a weak pos? Well at this point Ill take my 3-4" the gfs shows. But If the nam is right that'll be 2 forecasts in a row I bust.

ukrocks
Looking at a 2-4 inch event here. Supposed to start out as rain, like always then transition over to snow. Temps are already in the mid 30's, 4 or 5 degrees cooler than expected, so that is good.

ukrocks
Heavy snow in Murray! Already have an inch or an inch and a half on the ground. Woke up to my first Winter Storm Warning of the season!
MoeWx
Yeah this thing came up with some surprise deformation banding this morning. Totally didn't see that coming. Paducah got buried in like 2 hours and still going. Went from 1-2" forecast to likely over 6" just that quick. That said, we cant even keep snow on the ground in Evansville NE of Paducah... good snow has been just north or just south of us. and the only storm that was left is taking a trip to Cancun Mexico according to GFS lol... I am happy to see them get buried on this one! Western Kentucky has been on like a 2 year hiatus on any action at all. Not to mention the drought they're in... this was needed.
