tombo82685
Ok golfing for the weekend at Renault (7000+), but I think the whites are about 6300, I don't know which Tony will show up, haven't swiss cheesed since it snowed and I either do pretty good (for me) or train wreck there. Let's say normal score mid 90s. for this weekend
Rainshadow
for this weekend 92 It started raining, it was windy (darn course is so open) and cold. We stopped at the turn...45. I was putting like a madman 14 putts on those greens (in 9 holes) may be the best I ever did. My fairway woods were garbage. I might go to Kresson to back 9 it, but judging from today's models I think I'm going to have to shoot a 65.

Rainshadow
how do we score this? Are you getting your garden stuff ready? I didn't end up going that morning, it looked like more rain, I had enough with the rain the day before. Ironically Valentine's Day was the best golfing day of the week and that was the only day off I couldn't golf. So blame it on my incomplete score Wed. Harbourton
OK played a new game today called disc golf at Tyler State park which is ranked in the top 10 in the country, I basically sucked but my son can throw it a mile. Good walk in the park with the added physical excercise of chasing an errant disc. Back to regualr golf tomorrow.

Tyler is a nice park with great trails and many hills for a good bike ride workout. Never played disc golf there. I use to hang there back in the early 80's on the weekend's with the rest of the high schools kids. There would be a traffic jam in the park! Rainshadow
lol, whats your avg there and when are you playing? Scrambling upper 70s, me by myself around 90. Its a tight (and hilly for SNJ) course, wayward shots are lost.

Rainshadow
yea the scramble score. Ok, there's a chance. Maybe my teleconnection post will work as a reverse jinx, not much has a shorter shelf life than talking about a day7 low.
Rainshadow
The golf course was fairly crowded and we were a two some sandwiched between two threesomes, so we decided to "match play" it like the pros this week (well very loosely speaking). At anyrate, I ended winning 2 and 1 and shot an 86 which may have tied my best round there ever. Either way its a sow's ear pattern, I probably had to shoot a 76. BTW if we scrambled, we wouldn't have shot a 71.

She usually has more pars (we call it par wars), I usually have the lower score. If she putted better, she wouldn't want to play with me.
Harbourton
Definitely need to trap the ball low today to keep it under wind. Of course the downwind holes are Ok
NaoPos
A very ugly 102 today. Had no chipping game.. I did download a golf app on my phone called "golf logix". It was free, and it kicked ass. Have you distance to center of green from the fairway, can keep your score and stats. All for free. There's a 29.00 version that gives you specific distances to hazards, different locations o the green. Maybe I'll upgrade later. But the distances were very accurate. It was for my iphone*. For free, it's an awesome app.
NaoPos
Well, finally had a decent day out score wise. Shot a 90. Would have broke it, but 2 putted a 1' birdie putt. Not bad though. Driver still out of whack, but irons and short game were pretty good today.

LMolineuxLM1
My Daffodils in my yard are really ready to bloom already and most of the tree's around here are fully budded up and about to leaf out shortly. If we can keep on cracking the upper 50's to above 60 at times I think they will pop their leaves out in a hurry.
Harbourton
Played today. but that marine wind flow made it somewhat uncomfortable. I shouldn't be complaining about conditions since I played a lot of golf this winter. r.
LMolineuxLM1
Sorta Lawn'ish, Some tree's around here especially in my neighbors back yard have already fully budded out, and are in the process of Leafing out. These are Swamp Maples and other type of tree's.
NaoPos
89 on the day.. Birdied the last hole. Front 9 killed me, I was 11 over.. A little wet out though, but my issues were mostly off the tee.
