OKpowdah
Northern stream a little more amplified again, but the southern stream craps out. Looks good up through ~hr30
CT Rain
LOL well it really focuses with that offshore low. GC gets the other mini bullseye, closer to the better mid level frontogenesis that you see riding up the Apps. No 3"-5"????????????????????????? BDR
If that damn southern stream energy at 500h out west would actually move, we could get something brewing for later in the week.
CoastalWx
No 3"-5"????????????????????????? I think 2-4 for now in those areas is a good start. Maybe someone gets a little more. I wouldn't let the NAM change my thinking unless the GFS and Euro are horrible.

CoastalWx
The euro hung the low back and festered it se of ILM as a new torugh approached on Friday. That may be a scenario to watch, but that is a long shot.

Euro is awful lately with these systems. It was the last to believe 12/26 and hence so were we.

40/70 Benchmark
I'd rather see it like the SREFs, only further nw...but that is a borderline weenie statement..lol. I wouldn't be shocked if we lose to inv trough look as we get closer. They are usually BS.
40/70 Benchmark
Man, this blows.....I was dreading the let down at the end of an epic stretch and it's here......now all I am left with is a leaking roof and an excuse to be pounced on for anything resembling a complaint. CoastalWx
The drips continue I have this layer of ice on the snow..probably from a little evaporational cooling with lower td's, but still a torch.

CoastalWx
Ever since Wednesday, everything has found a way to go wrong.....abrupt change. You would probably get to 19, if we loss the cloud cover. That's probably keeping your temps up.

It's just going to slowly rot away because there isn't a real event in sight.....at least the GFS says that there won't be any cloud cover holding up the temps on Thursday night.
