free_man
We have plenty of scantily clad women on campus at 0F. No need for 47F Oh yeah, love that place and miss those daze dearly.
40/70 Benchmark
I see the GFS has .3" here tomorrow night and that is despite the fact that most of that escapes O.T.S. So it may be a nice little moderate event. Mod event is 4"+ and I just don't see most getting 4" or more....hope I'm wrong.
Baroclinic Zone
We aren't anywhere close to Spring. Feels like it today. Just drove down to the store wearing shorts.

Well, we're gonna start to see more pleasant days....the sun is getting so high, but I think most of the area has at LEAST another 25" of snow to go on the year. Baroclinic Zone
Sure, we have the technicality of January's epicness overshooting the end of the month a little bit, but aside from that, I can see this month blowing.....like March 2009.....that month BLEW, but it doesn't look that bad in the records because of that one event as the calendar flipped. We both called that one. Classic!
CoastalWx
We both called that one. Classic! That was a horrible month. What a waste.

40/70 Benchmark
We both called that one. Classic! Yea, but it is what it is....I can't be hypocrytical because I like to face the FACTS...which argue that Feb has been very good. I'm willing to bet that the next 3 weeks will be comprised of a few nickle and dime events, should the Thursday threat continue to wane.
Damage In Tolland
And we could easily go the rest of the month without much more. LOL...
40/70 Benchmark
I'd absolutely shocked if Will, Kev and I were not in triple digits after the final flake has settled. Boston has a shot.
40/70 Benchmark
I could see us nickle and diming another 10-12"....so yea, I guess that isn't bad....I'm probably biased because we have seen so many huge events. LOL...

40/70 Benchmark
I'd say closer to another 40-50 more Alot depends on Thursday because we aren't getting another biggie for awhile if that goes south....I have to think that we'd need a good event out of that to do what you have suggested. ORH_wxman
Euro looks like a 2-4" type deal...maybe a bit less along the coast with some early BL issues.
Damage In Tolland
I just spit out my drink over this. :weenie: What is the joke? 3-6 or 4-8 tomorrow night... some possible thursday and then we have possible snow to ice scenarios the following week and then plenty of chances once the cold pattern returns last week of month , all of MArch and even April.. Maybe your area will have trouble but for a vast majority of posters in this thread 40-50 is quite feasible
weatherMA
I'd say closer to another 40-50 more Lets make it 55 so ORH can get the record.
dryslot
Maybe an advisory event at best, Downeast maine up to vim toot see's .50" more like a 3-6" deal there

Thursday is OTS right now. After that we have our "warmup". That brings us to mid-late February after ~2-4" have fallen.

There are certainly models giving 3-6 tomorrow night..Again your area maybe not..but for many it is very doable. This warmup you're talking about doesn't mean it's not gonna snow and the Thursday storm could very easily come back..You'll be very very wrong
