tombo82685
Well yeah, if its only 300 miles off the coast instead of 700, Matt might get some virga i guess that what you would call a bit of a stretch....
Bilas
Is there any chances for snow in the long range euro or is it just showing warmth?

bluehens
Bring on the warmth if it isn't going to snow......maybe it will dry up what will inevitably be a bog marsh in my backyard once all this snow melts. just warmth really...looks like a good cold shot at day 11 or 12 if it was extropolated... for the whole 240 hrs accum precip the region sees .01 -.
Bluescat1
Bring on the warmth if it isn't going to snow......maybe it will dry up what will inevitably be a bog marsh in my backyard once all this snow melts. I have to admit sitting on the steps of my deck Sunday with the cat, that 40+ sun sure felt good on the body.
easternsnowman
It's been too cold for such awhile that we are due for a warm-up. I would say low to mid fifties are possible and after Washington's birthday or so we'll back to cold and snow chances if it comes later than that it will probably be a cold wet early part of spring.. Billabong
We may end up with some flurries or light snow flying around later tonight even up to the PHL area. Would be nice.
JTA66
Perhaps it's time to turn this into an obs thread. Overcast, 29.3.
Riptide
I am suspicious of this system, especially down here. The mid-levels aren't as dry as they were thanks to a return flow off the ocean. Expecting a dusting to a half inch at the moment. 30/12 60% RH.
Quincy
left work and saw OVC skies at 4:30pm, even up here. I knew we'd go BKN later this evening, but didn't think we'd go overcast so quick. May be interesting from NYC and points SE...

Riptide
Snow is really picking up now, perhaps closing on two tenths of an inch. I declare this to be an overperformer based on radar and model trends.
