moneypitmike
For those of you who remove their gutters, I'd recommend you have a crushed gravel drainage area around the base of your foundation to get the water away. That's just as bad. You don't want to have all of that water coming off the roof and infiltrating the house at the foundation. Yup. That's the way to do it. Baroclinic Zone
wagons north? Well we're about to find out aren't we.? Will the 12z American runs go wagons N or hold steadfast? I'd still feel more comfortable if I were N of Rt 2 up into S NH/ME/VT and points W.

FWIW, the 0z GGEM printed similar (probably not nearly insane, but euro like) precip amounts and track (i think)...

ericnh
everyone was saying after the monster storm next Thursday/Friday winter is over? Huh according to the long range on the gfs we get may be a 2 day warm up in a couple weeks but then right back to snow and cold. I just don't see this pattern changing much. Maybe less snow in southern NE but northern mass nortward looks prime for lots more snow this season
moneypitmike
Yes, Water finds the smallest cracks in the foundation and makes its way in, I had to have some cracks injected and have never had that issue after as well Water? Hell, we get snakes in my basement. lol
