Yes....probably alot of sleet, but H85 and the through the surface are below freezing verbatim.

yeah i suppose you might be close being far n and w. it gets really warm aloft on that particular run. h7 even goes above freezing for a good chunk of the area during the height of it so i don't know. obviously it'll continue to evolve so we'll see how things shake out over the next few days.

something crossing the cape this go around probably isn't going to act the same way some of the previous canal or chh tracks have.

Power outages in CT are already of concern.

CL&P shows about 4,000 (mostly clustered along a line that looks like a sleet/ZR line, from lower Fairfield County up through the towns Southeast of Hartford).

UI shows almost 7,000 outages, with clusters in Bridgeport, East Haven, Branford, Stratford andTrumbull.

It plows the H5 vort right through SNE. Good for me, but not great for you guys. Maybe it will trend SE.

yeah and unless the upper air pattern is being poorly modeled right now, i'm not sure what prevents it from even being a bit further west than it is right now.

certainly have seen big changes inside of 4 days the last several weeks (all winter?) so nothing is set in stone. obviously i don't want SLP cutting over my head and i'll be hoping for something colder...but i don't like the looks of this one right now.

hopefully the euro comes in with something over the BM
