For all the talk about harvey...Bouchard is making a name for himself. He's learning to jump ship when guidance changes faster than the others. He flat out called it, saying even at 8am it could be mixing pretty far north...said bluntly couple/3/4 inches for Boston, then plain rain and 38 degrees. Anyway good luck the rest of the day.
