When all is said and done tomorrow afternoon, we may have an historic event to document with widespread power outages and tree and structural damage. Post any photos and/or videos you shoot, as well as any other loss of power and damage reports here. Perhaps this can be later be stored in some kind of storm archive section for future viewing and reading.

Good idea for a thread, IMO.

I'm curious to see what things look like at 7 AM tomorrow (Wednesday, 2/2). If it's an icy wonderland, I'll be sure to take some pictures at that time...and then post them here before the end of the day.

Agreed.

I have work at 7:30am. Even if I still have to go in, I'll be sure to get pictures on the way.

Three photos from Tamaqua this morning. We really dodged a bullet by getting mostly sleet from round 2 of the storm. I'd say we probably ended up with about 0.1" to 0.2" of ice accumulation which fell on top of 1.5" of sleet. It could have been MUCH worse.

1. Icy tree by the railroad station.

2. Treacherous sidewalks in the downtown area.

3. The five points intersection downtown.
