Storm Clouds
I am hearing 18z GFS gives CPA a good snowstorm this weekend...is that true?
PottercountyWXobserver
Is it me or does this storm seem to be further west than progged? It tells me based on the fact that St. Louis got dry slotted that this strom is further west than they thought? Either that or they didn't plan on the dry air being that much of a problem, I don't know, anybody care to explain?
dcfox1
I think that no matter what the temps are, the ground has been so cold it holding the cold in. Usually with southern exposure I have and being on a hill (big radiant heat) I thought upper twentys would melt without help but I had to throw alot of salt down so this may not bold well for tonight. Not to mention trees that already have a coating around here.
JSTWX
I am hearing 18z GFS gives CPA a good snowstorm this weekend...is that true? Surface temps will be close to freezing near I-81/78, but west of there looks good for several inches of snow - back to Pit even.
