Central PA Start of February

I think that no matter what the temps are, the ground has been so cold it holding the cold in. Usually with southern exposure I have and being on a hill (big radiant heat) I thought upper twentys would melt without help but I had to throw alot of salt down so this may not bold well for tonight. Not to mention trees that already have a coating around here.

Surface temps will be close to freezing near I-81/78, but west of there looks good for several inches of snow - back to Pit even.

Nice! I am 21 and just BECAME a meteorologist! Well at least got my BS in meteo haha.

So the Walker building had a wind shift around 5:30 and the temperature dropped from 31 to 29 now. Let's see how low it can go!
