While we at AmericanWx do not believe in censorship, we do take copyright issues very seriously. The cost of defending this forum and it's owner against a copyright suit would be substantial. We are modifying the posting rules with regards to what can and cannot be posted as well as how these things can be posted. This list will be available to everyone through the Forum Help section. These new rules apply to all forums on americanwx.com and are not limited to any particular forum or sub-forum. A good rule of thumb should be to only title and link from any site. We urge any members who see what they believe might be a violation of these new rules to report it immediately to one of the staff members through the reporting system. Finally, The staff has been given permission to immediately delete any thread or post with a link that may violate the law.
