SnowlieSnowstormson
Dusty fine snow mixed with extremely isolated nickel sized flakes here in Canton. Interesting stuff! The type of snow has been changing literally minute by minute for the last 30...

tamarack
Yes, Had me at 14", It looked like you were at 15.9" this am Not much change for MBY, maybe up to 11.5" from 11. I've seen 10-12" on maps twice this season, got 8" and 7" from those events. Current AUG visibility looks to be under 1/2 mile, but the tiny flakes accumulate as -SN, less than 1/4" in the hour it's been snowing at the current rate. Maybe when the column gets moistened the flakes will be nicer.
MainePhotog
Yes, Had me at 14", It looked like you were at 15.9" this am Moved me up 2"+. I'm sure there will be more adjustments. Just for gigles, WGME calling for 14" - 20" and WCSH calling for 14" - 18" total from 2 systems.

CT Rain
12z GFS and NAM continue to tick warmer down here and really have me thinking big ice now for some areas. Our 4km in house model shows the winds staying quite backed even though the 12km NAM-WRF brings winds to like 80 degrees tomorrow AM. Ice ice ice ice ice. Clinch Leatherwood
IJD over to sleet, PVD probably UP/ZR next ob, mid-level warming definitely getting pretty far north this afternoon like I imagined yesterday. Models handled the warming poorly IMO. Been the case all winter and probably will be the case Wednesday. JC on Channel 5 just blinked, saying a lot more mixing. She now has "mostly snow" only on the NH/MA border and north. Snow/sleet along the pike and then the middle finger down here.

HIPPYVALLEY
Just got in roads are awful. Got about 3" new in the 2 hours I was gone - 4.5" total now. I really think school admin blew it in a lot of towns. Cancel completely or not at all. This noon dismissal stuff is poor timing. They would have been better letting them out at 2:30 when the roads have been better plowed and the snow will be coming down much lighter.
