Damage In Tolland
Im not really into taking pics of myself and putting them on the interent, you have met me Kevin, I am sure you remember what I look like, but 40 day on a roof surrounded by snow will have a tendency to do that, I am sure you ski, you know what I mean. But, if you want you can pm me your cell and I will take one, just for you. LOL..it wasn't 40 anywhere in Ct yesterday

mattlacroix4
GYX is doing a good job so far, they are going all out with the forecast. Widespread 15-24 inches for most of NH and central/southern ME by Thursday morning.

Well if the NAM is any indication then we get 4-8 of snow then 4-8 of sleet..so I guess you win and I lose. Congrats

Clinch Leatherwood
I think the Tuesday event is a perfect example of why we shouldn't worry too much about Wednesday yet. Models are having a struggle with 24-36 hours nevermind 48-72. Be a pretty big trend bust if Tuesday torches. NAM is a lot warmer throughout, first time it's blinked on an off hour run in the wrong direction.
Damage In Tolland
At least if the warmer solutions are right..sleet will get well into SNH
Tropopause_Fold
Not pretty for sure looks like a 2 to 6 type of deal...most north, least south...followed by fzdz/-sn/dz...maybe some seeder feeder type precip over interior MA
powderfreak
Why do you want us to sleet so bad? Almost all your posts today have been looking for ways for us to get as much sleet as possible Haha, you interpret people discussing forecasts as "wanting it to sleet"? I'm guessing Ryan is just trying to get the forecast right... and I'm sure he actually wants it to snow, but when you're name is on the line WRT to a forecast, you can't just write what you wish to happen. MainePhotog
Nam bumped up qpf here for rnd 1. All this bumping around is making me dizzy. Before this last bump you mentioned, I was looking at 12-18" per GYX.

Organizing Low
NAM has been a total debacle with this event , starting yesterday. ironically, this rapid cyclogenesis loop is exactly what it was deisgned for lol
powderfreak
At least if the warmer solutions are right..sleet will get well into SNH Dude sleet will make your snowpack indestructible. Clinch Leatherwood
I'm shocked the super cold NAM is now trending warmer. Happens every time in a SWFE Yeah but it's degrees warmer even on storm 1/phase 1 than the others now, which I don't think anyone here was proclaiming would be the outcome. At least not that I read. If it's right mixing issues for many even Tuesday.
CoastalWx
It does cool, behind the first low and once the lift moves in after 06z Wednesday. This has been shown on all models.
