think I'm going to call it a night, and a month. Good riddance to November (and met. Fall) . Holes are already showing up in north Ga, and the heavy echoes are vanishing rapidly, plus the overall width of the line is shrinking pretty rapidly . I was afraid that once the momentum gathers east of the mountains, the line would break up some and speed up. Even though the actual severe squall line is getting better organized, the rain part (part i need) is going to do the vanishing act yet again. Don't think I had even 3" for the entire three month period. Unbelievable.

That is unreal. What looked like a below normal November for me turned out above normal with the dump from the last two days. Sitting at 55.11" for the year. Need a wet December of 6+" to reach normal.

8.11 inches for this event so far.:weight_lift:

Your in the perfect trajectory for enhanced upslope for rain moving south to north.

Yeah, you and most of Georgia has had a banner few years for sure. 31.5" here, even less just to my southwest a few miles. Go back and look at 05, 06, 07, 08, and this year (09 was avg here) on the est. charts. The below area never left my neighborhood, literally except in 09. Guess I'm the world's biggest sinner or something. There's just literally nothing going on here usually, amazing the ways I get missed, sideswiped, and split, just seemingly forever now. Atleast the gap is closing in and getting smaller, but my house is literally the epicenter of this quake.

I feel your pain

thanks I know you're even worse shape this year, officially. Central SC has had a pretty bad drought this year, but cheer up, you'll pull out of it by Spring when the Nina fades. Not so here I'm afraid.

Just over 50" for the year according to the UGA weather station located in Alpharetta. Normal is 52-54" I think so we're on target to hit that.

yeah you folks in GA will probably hit your normals this year, if not above. Already some areas are above for the year closer to the NC border. Sure there will be another high amplitude flow that aims the Gulf right at you guys once more in December sometime. The Carolinas on the other hand aren't doing too good on the year. Eastern NC had the big Trop. Storm 20" which saved them, and the southwest mountains have been getting some good ones, but the northern mtns are below their norms, and again central NC, And from my area due south to central SC.

Here we go again with Cleveland county and the tornadic weather. Man, I would really hate to be anyone living there hearing this after the tornadoes from last time. However, the line is looking rather healthy, and a couple of local mets here warned us of the instability east of the Apps. Hopefully nothing goes too horribly wrong when the line pushes through.

Still raining pretty good here, but I'm near the back edge now. I've had 2 1/4 for the system. Vapor loop shows a little something above Ark. I guess that is what is spinning up the flurry talk. We'll see it if gets cold enough before morning. T

Only 1.67 here. I think my elevation hurt me. I must be above the rain.
